Elkoms Consulting is appointed to provide MEP, IT / AV & Security Stage 3B-Stage 6 detail design for the flagship London art’Otel, a contemporary collection of hotels in Europe fusing architectural style with art-inspired interiors, along with creative studios/workshops, an arts hub, spa and cinema space.

 

The hotel is based on a pure cylindrical form rising to 26 storeys comprising offices from level 2 to level 6 and 400 hotel bedrooms from level 7 and with conference space and restaurant at the top two floors. The development also comprising 3 levels of Basement including SPA, Auditorium & Art Gallery

 

The site occupies a prominent corner within the South Shoreditch Conservation Area.
