An award winning penthouse occupies the entire 7th floor of a 1930's art deco building, situated in the heart of Old Chelsea.

We have been commissioned to provide full MEP design including IT and Audio Visual.

The Penthouse won the ‘Best Apartment’ category at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016, embracing development projects that highlight the UK’s best in contemporary architecture and design.
