Elkoms have been commissioned to develop detail technical design for Phase 1 of the residential-led development at Manor Road, Canning Town to deliver 352 new homes (including 120 affordable). The development masterplan includes a new commercial square at the heart of the scheme, supporting local start-up businesses with flexible and affordable space close to Canning Town Station. A 33-storey residential tower is set within the public realm that forms the start of a new linear park. The park integrates cycle lanes and multiple forms of public amenity connecting to a continuous network of green spaces to the north of the site and beyond
