The Dublin St Patrick citizenM Hotel will consist the demolition of an existing building and construction of a 247-room hotel building, part 4-storey, part 5-storey brickwork and polyester-powder coated framed glazed block facing Bride Street and a 9-storey brickwork and polyester-powder coated framed glazed block at the corner of Bride Street and Peter Street in Dublin, Ireland.
