The hotel is comprised of 152 bedrooms and - given Nobu has made his name in creating the finest Japanese cuisine in the world, a statement restaurant: a dramatic five meter high space in the basement. The five story hotel includes its own landscaped garden at the site's eastern edge, staggered with terraces and featuring seating overlooking the generous lower triple height restaurant and bar space. While the exterior makes use of angular concrete balconies and innovative printed, layered glass, on the interior rooms are clustered around a central bathroom screened off by a full-height curved unit.
