Total refurbishment of  the 12.500sqm, 19th century Building.

Complete HVAC installation was replaced. Systems comprise of

FCU’s and all air  air-conditioning systems for: meeting rooms,

press room, salons, Cabinet of the President of Serbia etc.

In total 11 all air systems. Heating is provided via District heating

and cooling via Air Cooled chillers.
