The site is located in Westminster City Council (WCC) and falls within the Core Central  Activities Zone. It neighbours the Westminster Cathedral Conservation Area and benefits from excellent accessibility levels due to its close proximity to Victoria Train Station.

 

The development proposal involves the demolition of the existing buildings on site up to ground floor level; to be redeveloped with a new modular hotel construction arranged over ground floor and 11 uppers floors, with basement plant space, cycle & bin storage and back of house areas.

 

The brand started with an idea to disrupt the traditional hotel industry by creating a luxury hybrid hotel for today’s modern travellers – eliminating the frustrations these travellers shared.

 

Overall, the project will deliver 226 new hotel bedrooms and will target BREEAM Outstanding for its exceptional sustainable design credentials
