Bratislav has 27 years experience in the electrical engineering design of buildings. He specialises in quality residential buildings, hotels, and large high rise and high density residential led mixed use developments. He is strongly involved at the brief and concept design stage. His other main function is to manage and motivate the delivery team to deliver the required documentation for package procurement. Bratislav was responsible for delivering some of the most prestigious projects in London throughout his career

Landmark Pinnacle
A 75 storey residential tower, 240m tall building, comprising 874 apartments, 160 bedrooms hotel / serviced apartments, with a health club, health spa, swimming pool, restaurant, business centre, retail areas, cinema, sky lobby at level 56, two amenity floors at levels 27 and 56, basement car park, energy centre and public square. Once constructed it will be the tallest residential tower in Europe
280 Bishopsgate
MEP, Energy and Sustainability detail design for refurbishment of 280 Bishopsgate (300,000sqft. luxury office, RBS ex-headquater). It is a central aim of the development of 280 Bishopsgate to refresh the existing building with modern, best practice, building services and equipment whilst retaining as much of the existing building façade elements where possible, thus extending the life of the building considerably.
Art Otel, Hoxton – Park Plaza
Elkoms Consulting is appointed to provide detail MEP, IT / AV & Security design for the flagship London art’otel, a contemporary collection of hotels in Europe fusing architectural style with art-inspired interiors, along with creative studios/workshops, an arts hub, spa and cinema space.
The hotel is based on a pure cylindrical form rising to 26 storeys comprising offices from level 1 to level 6 and 400 hotel bedrooms from level 7 and with conference space and restaurant at the top two floors
Milton Court – Heron International
The Heron, a 36-storey residential tower at Milton Court, in the heart of the City of London, will provide 284 luxury apartments along with new, world-class facilities for the internationally renowned Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
The high quality residential units will include suites, one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The lower floors of the development will house state of the art facilities for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, including a 608-seat concert hall, a 227-seat drama theatre a studio theatre, rehearsal rooms and a TV studio suite.
